Our strong relationships with our internal clients, fueled by our solution-driven orientation and creative yet practical advice, bring us to the table early and often and lead to engaging and rewarding work directly in support of Equinix’s overall business objectives. Our global legal department may span four continents, but we are One Legal - a true team working together across borders in support of our shared strategic objectives. We work hard but take time to celebrate our accomplishments and enjoy the highly valued collegial “team first” culture we have created. As part of the Global Legal Operations and Strategic Services (GLOSS) team, the Analyst – Contracting Data & Operations (CLM) supports the technology, data, and process foundations that enable Equinix Legal to operate at scale. This role partners closely with Legal, the Digital & Innovation Office (DIO), Data & Analytics, and external providers to support enterprise Legal Technology systems—most notably Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)—from design and deployment through adoption and continuous improvement. The Analyst plays a hands-on role in maintaining trusted contracting data, supporting Legal Technology initiatives, documenting standard processes, and identifying opportunities for automation, including the use of artificial intelligence. This position requires strong collaboration, analytical thinking, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast‑moving, global environment. Equinix operates the world’s digital infrastructure—and Legal plays a critical role in enabling that mission. This role sits at the intersection of Legal expertise, technology, and data, helping Legal teams work more efficiently, consistently, and transparently. By ensuring Legal systems are reliable, data is accurate, and processes are well‑designed and documented, this role directly supports better decision‑making, stronger contracting outcomes, and scalable growth. As part of GLOSS, the Analyst contributes to Legal’s digital transformation and helps shape how technology and data power the contracting lifecycle at Equinix.
