About The Position

Advanced Management Strategies Group (AMSG) is seeking a Contract Support and Market Research Analyst to support a prospective effort with the Global Positioning Network (GPN) Program Office (PO). This is a Contingent Hire position. AMSG delivers high-quality program and performance management services across a broad federal portfolio. Requirements

• Experience in federal acquisition support, market research, requirements development, agreement management, or contract administration.
• Strong research, writing, document-control, Excel, and analytical skills.
• Understanding of contractor advisory boundaries and non-inherently governmental support.
• Active Secret clearance and eligibility for a DoD CAC.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with DoD logistics or transportation market research.
• Familiarity with FAR-based acquisition packages and international or Joint support agreements.

Responsibilities

• Provide market research, agreement-portfolio tracking, and acquisition-package administrative support for commercial logistics capabilities and external partner requirements.
• Research commercial logistics capabilities, emerging transportation platforms, and potential commercial partners.
• Develop market-research reports and analytical products addressing network gaps and capability options.
• Track and coordinate memoranda of agreement, memoranda of understanding, support agreements, and related records.
• Draft and compile acquisition-package materials, statements of work, requirements descriptions, and supporting spreadsheets.
• Maintain a strictly advisory role; route all products for complete Government review, modification, and approval.
