About The Position

This role supports global staff by providing in-depth review and response to terms and conditions, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. The position requires a high energy level, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to perform multifaceted projects alongside day-to-day activities, including working under the pressure of deadlines. The specialist will respond to customer correspondence and emails regarding Quality Surveys, Reps and Certs, and other issues, exhibiting professionalism, commitment, and dedication. Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of personal computer applications and software packages is essential. The role involves using excellent customer service skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, officials, and customers. The ability to respond to customer correspondence using critical judgment, while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive company information, is crucial.

  • Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Access, MS Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Professional is required.
  • PC proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Proficient with internet, e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and other software.
  • Able to read and understand a terminal screen and printed reports.
  • Able to type data/use a PC for long periods of time.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years post high school experience including minimum 1 year approved related work experience, preferably PO and/or contract related; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
