About The Position

As a member of the Contract Administration team, the Contract Specialist is responsible for quality assurance of commercial customer contracts by enforcing organizational principles of integrity and compliance during contract review and fulfillment. The specialist also ensures that non-customer contracts are executed and stored according to operational processes and complies with security regulations and corporate policies. This is a contract position based fully onsite in Houston, Texas. The pay rate is $24.04 per hour. The position is anticipated to close on October 28, 2026.

Responsibilities

Ensure customer contracts are reviewed, approved, and fulfilled according to established standards.
Assist with managing the Contract Administration email inbox and processing contracts within service-level agreements.
Work effectively with team members to ensure best practices.
Assist with process documentation as needed.
Assist with mail merges as needed.
Assist with reporting as needed.
Ensure non-customer contracts are executed and stored according to operational processes.
Comply with security regulations and corporate policies.
