Requirements

  • Strong project management skills, including communication, critical thinking, coordination, scheduling and task management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with demonstrated experience prioritizing multiple workstreams based on substance, urgency, and capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities, including analytical judgment and sound decision-making.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with management and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong computer skills, including advanced Excel capabilities; experience with macros, programming, and/or business intelligence tools is a plus.
  • Commitment to climate finance and the energy transition.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience with clean energy investments, investment operations, compliance, audit.
  • 1+ year experience with Power BI or other business intelligence in both creating and maintaining advanced (customized) reporting tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration preferred.
  • Preference for specialization (minor, supplemental coursework, or prior experience) in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day procurement activities, including coordinating procurement workflows, supporting event-related purchasing, conducting internal file reviews and audits, and interfacing with network partners on procurement actions.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Uniform Guidance (UG), and other applicable policies; maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready procurement files and documentation, ensuring compliance with federal and internal standards.
  • Conduct market research, prepare and issue requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotes (RFQs), and all contract documents in alignment with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and the FAR.
  • Track, monitor and report procurement activities, expenditures, and cost-saving initiatives to senior leadership.
  • Work closely with Finance and Legal to streamline procurement processes while providing guidance on procurement matters, best practices, and federal compliance requirements.
  • Participate in calls and meetings to support stakeholder coordination and relationship management, and complete special assignments and projects as requested.
