About The Position

Supports the management and administration of managed care contracts within the health system. Assists in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contract documentation to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards. Collaborates with internal teams—including managed care, legal, and finance departments—to facilitate contract execution and monitor vendor and partner performance. Helps track contract deliverables, supports negotiations, and addresses contract-related inquiries. Maintains accurate records and assists with audit preparation to support effective managed care contract management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
  • Advanced managed care experience may substitute for the required degree on a year-for-year basis.
  • A Master’s degree may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting contract administration, preferably within managed care or healthcare environments.
  • Familiarity with managed care contracts, payer agreements, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and contract management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal departments and external vendors or partners.
