About The Position

We are seeking a smart and personable individual to be trained as a Contract Review Specialist. The job is to ensure accurate and efficient management of customer orders. This role is responsible for reviewing contracts, verifying requirements, managing orders within our ERP system (SAP Business One), and supporting proactive communication with our business-to-business customers. This is a hands-on, dynamic role involving a wide range of customer interactions, order management, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field considered. Minimum 3.0 GPA. Recent graduates encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts and orders thoroughly to ensure requirements can be met; resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Manage orders in SAP, including entry, tracking, and communication of status to customers.
• Prepare and send accurate quotations and order confirmations, ensuring alignment with pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, maintaining documentation, account profiles, and proactive communication.
• Identify and support workflow or process improvements related to contract and order management to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience in all interactions.
