About The Position

PTV America, Inc., a subsidiary of the German based PTV Group, a technology leader in Logistics software and Traffic simulation, seeks a Customer Support Specialist for our HQ office in Arlington, Virginia. Reporting directly to Sales Operation Manager, the Customer Support Specialist is responsible for aspects of sales operations, order management and customer support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer or technical support role
• Prior experience using CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce, Dynamics)
• Excellent verbal, and writing skills
• Must have great organizational skills and detail orientated
• Able to meet project deadlines
• Strong desire to build and expand your knowledge base
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and works collaboratively with teams
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service

Responsibilities

• Maintenance renewal follow-ups
• CRM data management
• General customer inquiries management and assignment
• Technical support management
• Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved.
• Respecting client confidentiality at all times.
