Our Zeebs are passionate about learning, growing, & working together to tackle exciting problems. We're seeking a talented Recruiting Coordinator (contract) to help grow our teams. You'll be an active part of the hiring process from beginning to end. While collaborating with the senior recruiter, hiring leaders & interviewing teams, you will be responsible for evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing hiring paperwork. Location: While we are open to remote work across the contingent US, we are still establishing our company to support work in all states! We’ve recently shifted from an in-office organization to a hybrid model and love the flexibility it allows our employees. We are set up to support employees who want to be fully remote, in-office only, and a mix of the two. Please note - we will not be supporting work based out of the following states: CA, MA, NY, NJ.

Requirements

  • As we evaluate candidates across all roles, we look for folks with a strong sense of ownership, phenomenal communication and collaboration skills, and a dedication to continuous improvement.
  • Technical: You bring 1+ years of experience with Ashby as a recruiting team member.
  • Collaboration: You have collaborated with various hiring teams to deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Communication: You have a positive track record of communicating well (written and verbal) with candidates, your team members, and business partners.
  • Attention to Detail: You have experience screening resumes that appropriately align with the role outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Recruiting team and our hiring teams to deliver a high-caliber recruiting experience for candidates
  • Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
  • Support reporting and analytics for the recruiting team, hiring managers, and broader people team
  • Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Ashby, to maintain candidate data
  • Prepare new hire paperwork and collaborate with our people team for onboarding
