About The Position

The Contract Recruiter is a member of the Human Resources team and supports workforce growth and talent acquisition activities for South Carolina manufacturing operations. The role communicates with hiring managers about talent needs and requirements, and with candidates and new hires to support a smooth hiring transition. The position operates out of the Ellabell, GA office. Mobis Corporate Center of America is recruiting for this role.

The recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment, develops recruiting strategies with hiring managers, sources and interviews candidates, supports plant start-up hiring initiatives and career fairs, coordinates onboarding and pre-employment activities, and maintains applicant tracking system records and compliance. Occasional travel is required for recruiting events and business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting or HR experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or automotive recruiting experience.
• Plant start-up experience.
• ATS/HRIS experience.
• SHRM or PHR certification.

Responsibilities
