About The Position

Based in Washington, D.C., Quorum is the leading provider of workflow software and information services for government affairs professionals globally. We serve over 2,000 customers—including over 50% of the Fortune 100—across 30+ countries.
At Quorum, our "product" isn't just our software; it’s our people. We are looking for a 100% remote Recruiter (contracted) to join us right away for a short-term contract to cover a team member's leave. The Impact You’ll Have
As a Contract Recruiter, you will keep our hiring engine running without missing a beat. You will own full-lifecycle recruiting for open roles, ensuring a steady stream of top-tier SaaS talent while delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience within the SaaS or tech industry.
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding, using proven recruiting frameworks to generate immediate results.
• Proficiency with Ashby (ATS), modern sourcing platforms, and AI productivity tools to streamline recruiting workflows.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effortlessly engaging candidates and advising hiring managers.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to keep pipelines clear, tracking systems accurate, and process steps moving quickly in a high-velocity environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate pipelines from initial sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer support.
• Collaborate directly with hiring managers across departments to understand team needs, define target profiles, and execute tailored hiring strategies.
• Proactively source passive candidates for tech and SaaS roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, network channels, and creative search strategies.
• Leverage modern AI tools and ATS workflows to optimize candidate sourcing, draft compelling outreach, and automate routine scheduling.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Quorum, providing timely communication and a high-touch, professional candidate journey.
