About The Position
The contract recruiter will assist the HR department to support plant operations. Prior recruiting and onboarding experience is required.
Requirements
- Prior recruiting experience
- Ability to use MS Suite
- Ability to maintain confidential information

Responsibilities
- Use workday to post jobs
- Screen applicants to ensure job requirements are met
- Conduct phone screen interviews.
- Schedule on-site interviews with supervisors/managers.
- Coordinate pre-employment screening (substance testing and background checks)
- Ensure accurate tracking of all applicants in workday.
- Schedule, coordinate, and conduct new hire orientations including SME timeslots for EHS, FSQA, etc.
- Produce weekly metrics and reports
- Assist with internal job postings.
- Other duties as assigned.
