About The Position

Clean Nutra is a fast-growing supplement brand scaling across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Walmart — and we have an active pipeline of active roles across the company. We're looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to step in and own full-cycle recruiting while our Recruiting Lead is on leave. This is a high-ownership role from day one. You'll pick up an existing pipeline mid-stream, manage active requisitions across multiple departments, and keep hiring moving without missing a beat. We move fast, the roles are varied, and the expectation is that you can operate independently with minimal ramp time. This is a temporary engagement estimated to begin in July or August 2026, allowing time to fully ramp up before a planned leave begins in October. The contract is anticipated to run approximately 12 weeks through the leave period, with potential to extend based on business needs.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, primarily in-house — corporate or internal recruiting background strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously across different departments and seniority levels
  • Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find candidates who aren't actively applying
  • Experience with BambooHR or a comparable ATS — BambooHR experience strongly preferred
  • Highly organized and self-directed — you don't need hand-holding to keep a pipeline moving
  • Strong written and verbal communication; candidates and hiring managers should feel informed and respected throughout the process
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities can shift
  • Las Vegas-based — this is an on-site role

Nice To Haves

  • Background recruiting for eCommerce, DTC, CPG, or high-growth startup environments
  • Experience recruiting across a range of functions — operations, marketing, supply chain, tech, and creative
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
  • Prior contract or interim recruiting experience — you know how to ramp fast and own the work

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across active open roles — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and supporting offer delivery
  • Manage and maintain the ATS (BambooHR) — keeping candidate records, pipeline stages, and requisition statuses current and accurate at all times
  • Source candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms using Boolean search and proactive outreach
  • Conduct initial phone screens and provide structured feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
  • Draft and post job descriptions across relevant job boards and social platforms
  • Coordinate interview logistics and maintain a smooth, timely candidate experience throughout the process
  • Communicate proactively with hiring managers on pipeline status, candidate feedback, and any blockers
  • Handle candidate communications professionally — including pass notifications, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Pick up existing workflows and documentation quickly and maintain continuity with minimal transition time
