About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter for a long-term remote position to support high-volume hiring across multiple research and academic medicine departments. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who excel in fast-paced settings, enjoy collaborating with physicians, researchers, and department leaders, and have a background in healthcare, academic medicine, or research institutions.

Requirements

5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting within academic medical centers, research hospitals, healthcare systems, universities, or scientific/research-driven organizations.
Proven ability to manage high requisition volumes.
Experience partnering with physicians, principal investigators, researchers, or senior leadership.
Strong sourcing, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Manage a full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance.
Support a portfolio of departments and serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and leadership.
Recruit for a variety of research, scientific, administrative, and professional-level positions.
Maintain strong communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Develop sourcing strategies to attract passive and active talent.
Manage fluctuating requisition volumes, with peak workloads ranging from 30-60 active requisitions.
Drive recruitment efforts with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
Provide market insight and consultative guidance to hiring leaders.
