About The Position

Korn Ferry is seeking a remote Recruiter to join our Talent Ready Team. This team consists of experienced, high-performing recruiters who offer flexible, on-demand support to Korn Ferry's RPO client base. This is a contract role where the team is designed to adapt to business needs, stepping into various client environments to support new account launches, provide coverage during peak hiring periods, and drive results for existing teams and projects. Team members are expected to engage at a high level and contribute across a diverse range of roles, industries, and recruiting challenges, regardless of assignment variations. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced full-cycle recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys work variety, and can quickly gain momentum in new settings to join a highly impactful and adaptable team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years full cycle recruitment experience
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing applicant tracking systems
  • 2+ years of client facing experience interacting with hiring managers and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel sourcing methodologies to include but not limited to market mapping, grass roots efforts and Boolean searches
  • Conducting and documenting screening process including: resume pre-screening, interviewing, short listing and designing questions/scripts for screening processes
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Client centric with a focus on driving results
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications
  • High School Diploma required

Nice To Haves

  • Conducting competency/behavioral based interviews a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide full life-cycle recruitment (or any part of the process) on assigned engagements with a commitment to delivering a positive client and candidate experience
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and ensure specific deliverables are met
  • Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to identify candidates meeting client profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements
  • Screen candidates against specified criteria
  • Conduct role briefing with client and set expectations for recruitment process
  • Follow agreed upon recruitment process for successful delivery
  • Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidates in presentation and short-list process
  • Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition
  • Work on a range of roles across various industries, functions and locations
