About The Position

The Recruiter will play a vital support role within the Talent Acquisition team, assisting with high-volume sourcing, screening, and scheduling efforts to attract qualified candidates for a variety of airport security positions. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world recruiting experience, in a high-volume, compliance-focused environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about recruiting and human resources within the aviation security industry. This role will work closely with recruiters and HR staff to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. As a Recruiter, you will support the recruitment efforts for airport security personnel and administrative roles by assisting with: Screening resumes and conducting initial outreach to qualified candidates for phone screenings Scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication Maintaining applicant tracking systems and ensuring data accuracy

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • One year experience in customer service, administrative, or recruiting or recruiting support
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
  • Must have reliable transportation to/from work
