About The Position

The Contract & Procurement Supervisor will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, processing, and administering contracts, agreements, amendments, and related documentation. This role ensures that all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and internal procedures. The supervisor will coordinate with various internal departments such as Legal, Finance, Procurement, HR, and Operations to facilitate contract execution and will track contract milestones, renewals, expirations, and obligations. Maintaining accurate contract records and managing contract repositories are key functions. The role also involves supporting negotiations by preparing contractual documentation and compiling necessary information, monitoring contract performance, and identifying potential risks or non-compliance issues. Additionally, the supervisor will assist in resolving contractual disputes, support contract interpretation, and generate reports on contract status, renewals, and compliance metrics, ensuring timely execution and closure of contractual activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in contract administration, contract management, procurement, or commercial operations.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and contract documentation.
  • Experience reviewing commercial terms and coordinating approvals.
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
