About The Position

A leading digital streaming network seeks a Contract Payroll Union Manager to oversee union payroll operations, including dues processing, reconciliations, and compliance activities. This role focuses on managing high-volume union payroll data, supporting audits, and ensuring accurate payroll processing within large ERP systems.

Requirements

5+ years of experience working with high-volume union payroll data in large enterprise environments.
Experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or other large-scale ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft), including configuration and implementation.
Demonstrated experience interpreting payroll processing results and costing in General Ledger.
Strong knowledge of compensation rules and union payroll processes.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas) and experience with data access and reporting tools.
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Process weekly and monthly union dues and employer contributions, reconcile payments, and ensure timely and accurate payroll costing and month-end balance sheet reconciliations.
Manage union payroll data within ERP systems, including setup, configuration, testing, and maintenance of union dues, contribution tables, and payroll interfaces.
Partner with union representatives, Labor Relations, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, support union communications, and provide required documentation and reporting.
Support audits, data verification, and troubleshooting of payroll earnings, deductions, and contributions; compile and manage annual union audit requests.
Perform ad hoc reporting, manual adjustments, and special projects, including ERP testing, system implementations, and process improvements.
