About The Position

The position is responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of fees and rebates, supporting contract analysis, generating reports, and providing analytical support to internal and external stakeholders. This role collaborates closely with the Account Management and Contract Development & Analytics teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, maintain operational excellence, and support business objectives through effective communication, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in contractual payments or contract administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial and contractual data.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with MicroStrategy or other business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with contract management systems such as RMUS or Shift.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the processing of rebates and fees for full-line contracts, including all Sanofi products, ensuring alignment with contract timelines and guidelines.
  • Oversee the annual volume of rebate/fee transactions, ensuring each transaction is accurately processed according to contractual obligations.
  • Serve as a strategic resource for Account Managers, offering insights and expertise that help strengthen customer relationships and proactively address potential issues.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of contracts, maintaining a high standard of service and compliance.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, external customers, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, expectations, and timelines.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues swiftly, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations across all teams.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of fee and rebate payments in compliance with contract terms and evolving systems such as RMUS and Shift.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain financial accuracy and promote transparency within Market Access and Account Management teams.
