About The Position

As an Operator at EnerVest, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and controlling the operation of various machinery and equipment, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and performing routine maintenance tasks with little supervision.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
• Average technical skills; capable of operating a computer and field SCADA controllers

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Responsibilities

• Tests and monitors oil and gas wells using correct procedures.
• Identifies deficiencies and recommends corrections to existing procedures to ensure the assigned field meets performance standards.
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting to ensure the proper functioning of machinery and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and any incidents or abnormalities.
• Reports all spills and accidents to supervisor.
• Must be able to operate company vehicles and lease equipment such as compressors, pumps and generators for 8-12 hours per day.
• Other duties as assigned.
