Introduction to role: Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of pharmaceuticals? We are seeking a Contract Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with both internal and external customers on all aspects of Market Access, including Master Data, Contracting, Membership, Chargebacks, and Rebates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing contractual payments across multiple segments, working on Market Access contracts, managing business operations, and ensuring contract compliance. This role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of claims processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience
  • Logic and mathematical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word & Power Point
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and trends

  • Contract Language Experience
  • Understanding of AZ business model with specific knowledge of contract operations
  • Pharmaceutical or related healthcare business experience

Responsibilities

  • Validate, monitor, and update Customer Master Data.
  • Collaborate with peers to manage priorities and coordinate efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Understand and interpret contract language and regulations.
  • Contribute to contract management and strategy approaches.
  • Meet all compliance-related requirements.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams and special projects as assigned by management.
  • Proactively seek and recommend enhancements in Market Access claims processes.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary for this position ranges from 71,915.20 to 94,388.70.
