About The Position

Recruit physician, hospital, and ancillary service providers to sign network participation agreements in accordance with corporate, health plan, and state guidelines. Ensure that agreements include all necessary documentation and information. This remote role is open to candidates located in the Eastern or Central Time Zones of the U.S. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 4 years of experience in contracting, contract analysis, provider relations, or provider experience in a hospital or physician’s office/group setting.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
Must be located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone of the U.S.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of state and/or federal healthcare programs, such as Medicaid and Medicare.

Responsibilities

Recruit and develop a provider network for an assigned region.
Lead assigned physician, hospital, and ancillary provider recruitments and ensure they result in complete, accurate standard contracts that meet objectives.
Facilitate and oversee provider setup and contract configuration to ensure accurate claims adjudication.
Initiate contact with potential providers based on geographic and specialty needs, and update the database.
Coordinate with internal departments and contracted providers to implement and maintain contract compliance.
