About The Position

Responsible for monitoring contractual obligations and supporting the vendor management and risk monitoring efforts for the Bank.

Associate's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
One year of experience in contract management preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
The ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both in verbal and written communications.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of the business area that is being supported.
Self-directed and motivated.
The ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to read, analyze and comprehend journals, audit reports, regulations and legal documents.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Ability to effectively present information to top management and employee groups.
Ability to assist in writing training documents, policies, procedures and correspondence.

Tracks key milestones, deliverables, and obligations/SLAs to ensure all parties adhere to agreed-upon terms.
Liaisons with appropriate departments regarding contractual obligations.
Sends monthly emails to appropriate departments requesting vendor performance reporting.
Tracks delivery of vendor performance reporting from appropriate departments.
Reviews vendor performance reporting for any issues of non-compliance.
Liaisons with appropriate departments regarding issues on non-compliance.
Utilizes platform to capture all comments regarding non-compliance.
Verifies and records penalties for vendor non-compliance of obligations.
Oversees vendor performances in vendor management platform for Bank-wide obligations.
Gathers monthly vendor performance metrics, creates monthly performance reporting for the Vendor Management Committee.
