Valiant is looking for a Contract Maintenance Manager (CMM) to join our team! This role serves as the primary point of contact for the Government Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Facility Manager (FM) regarding contract maintenance performance. The CMM will effectively manage maintenance operations necessary to execute all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events described in the project work scope with established regulatory requirements. This includes assigning work orders, staff duties, and reviewing all corrective and preventative maintenance for proper documentation, ensuring timely, accurate, and effective completion. The CMM will act as the preventative and corrective maintenance expert, providing guidance and direction to the team, and ensuring adherence to contract requirements. Responsibilities also include analyzing monthly actions (labor, expenditures, overtime), collaborating with the management team on improvements, assisting with communication between staff and the customer, and ensuring building files, drawings, and maintenance records are kept up to date. The role involves planning, managing, directing, and motivating assigned personnel, ensuring programs and procedures are implemented, and overseeing on-the-job and ongoing training for all maintenance employees. Additionally, the CMM is responsible for managing parts and materials, investigating equipment failures, overseeing installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of systems and equipment, maintaining oversight of O&M equipment warranty, and providing weekly updates on Service Orders. The role requires preparing monthly reports, reviewing Service Orders for invoicing, managing keys, and potentially managing other departments as required. Additional duties may be assigned.
