About The Position

The Contract Lifecycle Analyst is responsible for providing commercial contract support to the Commercial Sales team at Cepheid. This position reports to the Sr Manager, Commercial Contracts and is part of the Business Operations Commercial organization located in the United States and will be fully remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement a variety of agreement types from signature through terms and conditions and pricing upload in contract management tools such as Adobe Sign, CLM, Salesforce.com and SAP. You will also research and partner with cross functional departments to resolve contract price discrepancies, administer contract price increases in accordance with agreement terms, and maintain the contract database through activities including but not limited to, updating of contract and instrument status, termination of contracts, and drafting of customer administrative and termination notices. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years or Master’s degree with 1+ year of related work experience in contract administration or contracting
Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

Working within a contracts team in the healthcare or medical device industry
Working with Salesforce.com, SAP, Adobe Sign, and/or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools
Process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5 Whys

Responsibilities
