About The Position

The Contract Lifecycle Analyst provides professional support by coordinating the contracting management processes for all LLUH entities. This role involves the collection and management of all contracts, ensuring a consistent workflow, process management, and the collection of required approvals and signatures. The analyst will assist in the development and maintenance of institutional standards for contract and document control, and will work with departments across LLUH to educate staff and facilitate compliance. Other duties as needed will also be performed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field (experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
  • Minimum two years of experience with contract lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of contract lifecycle management, contracting best practices, and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to extract data from multiple systems.
  • Strong skills in problem solving, project management, data analysis, and business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with California Laws and regulations.
  • Ability to use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment.
  • Ability to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others.
  • Ability to work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure.
  • Ability to collaborate and accept direction.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone.
  • Ability to think critically.
