As a member of the Pharmacy Services team, our Contract Pharmacists pull back the curtain on Rx effectiveness, safety, cost, and more. We live out our mission to help everyday people achieve healthy, balanced lives by guiding them toward scientifically proven medications and treatments that fit their lifestyle. Our pharmacists carefully review scientific research before assigning a letter grade for effectiveness and supplement this with cost information, empowering our users to make informed medication decisions – all in service of making our members’ health journeys easier. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or related field
3-5 years of experience in clinical acute care/hospital setting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pharmacy license.
Must be an active and unrestricted licensed pharmacist in state of practice.
Must be licensed in Utah
Pass our background check
Must have professional malpractice insurance, and provide us with proof of insurance
Sign our Pharmacist Independent Contractor Master Agreement (ICMA) and our privacy agreement (Business Associate Agreement)
Must have a current pharmacist license in good standing, with no prior license revocation
