About The Position

GO2 Delivery is seeking professional, dependable Independent Contract Couriers to partner with for medical courier work in the Virginia Beach/Chesapeake/Norfolk area. This role requires individuals who understand the urgency, accountability, and precision needed for time-sensitive medical deliveries. Clients include hospitals, pharmacies, medical facilities, and professional firms. This is an independent contractor model, offering flexible scheduling and performance-based earnings. The position requires operating a reliable sedan or SUV, covering fuel expenses, and presenting professionally to clients. A clean driving history and the ability to pass a criminal background check are mandatory.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in the Southside area of Hampton Roads.
• Prior 1099 delivery or courier experience (strongly preferred).
• Ability to take full responsibility for accurate, compliant, and on-time medical deliveries.
• Must own and operate a reliable sedan or SUV.
• Must cover own fuel expenses.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a clean driving history.
• No DUIs within the past 7 years.
• Fewer than 2 moving violations.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must carry liability insurance of $100,000 / $300,000 with a deductible of $5,000 or less.
• Strict attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written procedures exactly.
• Respect for deadlines, compliance, and client standards.
• Professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver medical supplies and documents throughout the Hampton Roads area.
• Adhere to strict delivery windows, including specific times for Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Newport News, and Portsmouth.
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and on-time deliveries.
• Follow written procedures and instructions precisely.
• Maintain professional communication with healthcare and business clients.
• Operate independently as an owner/operator.
