The Oregon Department of Transportation is seeking two detail-driven organizers to join their Procurement Office in Salem as Contract Coordinators. In this role, you will lead weekly bid openings, review project requirements, evaluate contractor submissions, and ensure contracts move smoothly from start to finish. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy coordinating information, ensuring accuracy, and supporting both agencies and contractors. One position is permanent, and the other is a limited duration appointment expected to end on or before 6/30/2027, with the potential to become permanent. Most of the work can be conducted in a hybrid remote alternate worksite, but a minimum of one day per week in the Salem office is required, with initial training necessitating 3-5 days in the office.
