Position Summary Blackbird Health is seeking an experienced Contract Clinical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Team, specifically focusing on Specialty Services. In this role, you will lead recruiting for specialized clinical professionals, including Neuropsychologists, Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), Autism Evaluators, and other clinical specialists. You’ll leverage your deep understanding of multidisciplinary pediatric care, specialized clinical licenses, and diagnostic assessment workflows to build robust candidate pipelines and deliver exceptional recruiting outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment. This fully remote role reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

3+ years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience sourcing licensed clinicians, with dedicated experience recruiting specialty providers (e.g., Neuropsychologists, OTs, SLPs, or Autism Evaluators).
1+ years of experience in a startup or fast-scaled environment.
Proven track record utilizing niche healthcare sourcing channels, state licensing databases, and specialized professional associations.
Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM systems (Greenhouse and Gem preferred).

Deep knowledge of specialty pediatric credentials (Neuropsychologists, OTs, SLPs, Autism Evaluators) and state licensing frameworks.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment for specialized clinicians, from passive sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and pre-credentialing onboarding.
Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using healthcare job boards, specialized professional networks, state licensing databases, and AI sourcing tools.
Collaborate closely with clinical leaders in Specialty Services to understand role requirements, evaluation tool proficiencies (e.g., ADOS-2), state scope-of-practice regulations, and market nuances.
Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pass-through rates, channel yield) in Greenhouse and Gem to optimize pipeline performance.
Deliver a transparent, human-centered candidate journey that reflects Blackbird’s mission and values.
