About The Position
The Contract Billing Specialist position involves regular communication with internal and external customers to insure proper billing of service revenue. Individual must offer strong communication, problem solving and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, as these are essential to the daily tasks of this position.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, E-Automate, FM Audit.
Responsibilities
- Contract Setup for new and existing customers.
- Contract Audit.
- Resolve and adjust billing and/ contract issues for new and existing customers.
- Final Billing of removed or terminated equipment and/ contracts.
- Monitor tasks and e-mails for updates and/ discrepancies.
- Research/Renew expiring contracts.
- Weekly/Monthly Reports, as determined by Contract Billing Supervisor.
- Internal Meter Collector Backup.
- Communicate with AR/OP and vendors, as well as other departments to successfully set up contracts and resolve any discrepancies on detail and billings.
- Special Projects and' additional tasks assigned by Contract Billing Supervisor.
