As Contract and Claim Manager (OPS), you will play a key role in strengthening project delivery, contractual compliance, and margin protection across the organisation. You will support Project Managers as the primary contract owners by building contract and claim capability, setting standards, and providing expert advice in higher‑risk or more complex situations. You will act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to Project Managers, working closely with Legal and other stakeholders to ensure consistent best practice in change control, notices, and claim preparation. When matters escalate to formal dispute resolution, you will take the lead on the contract and claim workstream in close cooperation with Legal.
