About The Position

VARITE is looking for a qualified Contract Analyst for a special project. The client is an American computer software company. The Contract Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, organizing, and validating contract records within the company's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. The goal is to ensure contract metadata is complete, accurate, and consistent. This role involves cleaning up legacy contract data, correcting metadata discrepancies, standardizing contract information, and supporting data governance initiatives to improve contract searchability, reporting, and compliance. The analyst will identify and resolve data quality issues, collaborate with stakeholders to verify contract information, and ensure contracts are properly categorized and maintained according to organizational standards.

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data with accuracy.
  • Experience working with contracts, legal documents, or enterprise contact management systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms or document management systems are highly desirable.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently while meeting project deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, Information Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Prior experience with contract administration, contract data management, records management, or CLM systems is strongly preferred.
