About The Position

Ntiva is a Managed Services Provider that values growth, innovation, and teamwork. They are seeking a Contract Analyst to play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and successful execution of client agreements and sales orders. This role owns the contract fulfillment process from award through setup, billing readiness, and operational handoff. The Contract Analyst will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Service Delivery, and Project teams to ensure all contractual obligations are accurately translated into systems and processes. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates near their Centers of Excellence (Lombard, IL; McLean, VA; Shreveport, LA; Overland Park, KS). Team members must be willing to travel occasionally if needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in contract administration, contract analysis, billing operations, finance operations, or a related field.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Office 365 skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and recommend solutions.
  • Experience documenting processes and maintaining procedural documentation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience with process automation or workflow improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the sales order pipeline to ensure timely processing.
  • Review signed agreements, quotes, and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Convert product and labor items from sales orders to the appropriate operational teams for execution.
  • Create and maintain recurring client agreements within ConnectWise and related systems.
  • Configure agreement billing, contract start dates, renewal dates, and cancellation dates.
  • Process agreement additions, removals, and modifications while ensuring compliance with contract terms.
  • Validate service changes against vendor portals, client records, and internal documentation before processing.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and system configurations.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure billing accuracy and prevent revenue leakage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve contract discrepancies and operational issues.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with automation initiatives.
  • Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and training materials.
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
