About The Position

The Contract Analyst position is anticipated to continue through 2030, with the incumbent expected to work in the office at least two days per week. Requirements

  • Eight years experience in business analysis for mission-critical IT systems, including gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, operational, regulatory, and technical requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently assess vendor solutions, proposals, and system capabilities; provide technical and strategic recommendations to executive leadership; and balance business needs with contract, procurement, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a liaison between executive leadership, technical teams, and vendors; facilitate workshops and information-gathering sessions; and communicate clear, fact-based requirements, risks, and recommendations to support critical business decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure vendor compliance with contractual, regulatory, and policy requirements, and to establish and maintain structured communication and reporting frameworks that promote transparency, alignment, and effective oversight.

Nice To Haves

  • Up to four years of experience may be substituted with education in Information technology, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting IT system implementation and transition, including vendor coordination, contract compliance, and deployment planning.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and information-gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience managing project deliverables, timelines, and vendor performance.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the full vendor lifecycle, including procurement support, onboarding, performance management, and contract closeout
  • Establishes and manages vendor governance structure, including regular performance reviews, executive reporting, and escalation processes
  • Applies advanced business analysis to evaluate vendor performance, system functionality, and service delivery outcomes
  • Identifies and mitigates risks related to vendor performance, system reliability, and contract compliance
  • Leads or supports enterprise-level initiatives related to vendor services, system enhancements, and contract transitions
  • Help out selling at events that impact our local markets
  • Take part in big jackpot winner celebrations and game launch events
