As a Contract Administrator, you’ll play an important role in helping our construction projects run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll work closely with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to keep contracts, project documentation, and financial processes organized, accurate, and moving forward.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and clear communication skills
  • Working knowledge of construction contracts — or a strong interest in learning
  • Basic understanding of accounting processes such as invoicing, billing, and budgets
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Procore or similar construction software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Help manage prime contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Track contract milestones, deliverables, insurance requirements, and compliance items
  • Prepare and process change orders, amendments, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain organized project and contract records, including approvals and correspondence
  • Support project teams with contract-related questions and documentation
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep projects moving
  • Assist with project closeout and final documentation
  • Assist with invoices, purchase orders, billing documentation, and pay applications
  • Help track project budgets, commitments, and basic cost reporting
  • Review documentation for accuracy and compliance with contract requirements
  • Maintain organized financial and project records to support reporting and audits
  • Provide day-to-day support to project teams and leadership
  • Maintain project files and document management systems such as Procore
  • Support document control processes including RFIs, submittals, and project correspondence
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Look for ways to improve processes and keep things running efficiently as we continue to grow
