About The Position

At Veilant, we are doing meaningful work in the defense space, and we are looking for a sharp, motivated Contract Administrator to grow with us. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to break into government contracting and build a long-term career in the contracts management arena. You do not need to come in as an expert. We are looking for someone with strong business judgment, attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the drive to learn how Department of Defense contracts are managed the right way. This is not a paper-pushing role. This is a career-building seat where contracts meet mission. You will learn how compliance, documentation, customer requirements, internal operations, and contract execution all come together to support critical defense work. If you are a recent college graduate, early-career professional, or someone with a background in business administration, communications, pre-law, finance, government, or operations, this role could be a strong entry point into a high-demand field. You will support the administration of Veilant’s Department of Defense contracts while learning the full contract lifecycle from award through execution and closeout. You will work closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, finance, leadership, and other internal stakeholders to help keep contract activity organized, compliant, accurate, and on track. Over time, you will develop hands-on experience with government contracting concepts, contract documentation, compliance requirements, contract modifications, deliverable tracking, and internal contract processes. This role is designed for someone we can develop into a rising star within contracts management.
