About The Position

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a full time Early Career Subcontracts Administrator/Procurement Representative who are key and vital components to our Supply Chain Management Team for the Air Dominance program. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Management, Technical Related Degree, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish strong internal customer and supplier relationships.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify risk elements in business transactions, think analytically, and provide effective guidance towards resolving contractual issues
  • This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Responsibilities

  • Learning to solicit, negotiate, and place Purchase Orders with suppliers in Procure to Pay systems
  • Managing supplier performance and establishing relationships.
  • Tracking and expediting purchased hardware
  • Troubleshooting to resolve supplier issues or concerns with management oversight
  • Understanding program material requirements, Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) requirements
  • Working cross-functionally with program teams and suppliers
  • Support presenting program status to leadership
