About The Position

ATS is a company with a presence in the United States, Mexico and the United Kingdom. We are professionals in Industrial Maintenance and we make factories run better. This role involves maintaining control of the contract database, generating reports, coordinating contract administration quality goals, responding to customer inquiries, negotiating contracts, resolving invoicing issues, and training new employees. The position also requires participation in Service/Quality Initiatives and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent customer satisfaction, communication, and organizational skills
  • Efficient learner with ability to handle pressure as required for customer satisfaction
  • High level of accuracy required for critical customer contract equipment and billing specifications

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to read and interpret documents, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Previous experience with direct customer contact
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintains control of database including: entering new contracts; updating existing contract information; processing contract renewals; insuring integrity of product descriptions, prices, and data within the contract database.
  • Generates expired contract and warranty lists with follow-up to site management; Generates transaction file and maintains edit report for billing; and produces special contract reports for various customers.
  • Coordinates contract administration quality goals and reporting.
  • Responds to customer and internal inquiries concerning contracts; Acts as a liaison between company and subcontractors.
  • Negotiates contract with customer or bidder; Requests or approves amendments to or extensions of contracts; Prepares bids, process specifications, test and progress reports, and other exhibits that may be required; Reviews bids from other firms for conformity to contract requirements and determines acceptable bids; Provides input for contract function budget.
  • Resolves invoicing grief with Accounting.
  • Trains new employees on contract functions.
  • Participates in Service/Quality Initiative; continually improves and quantitatively monitors processes.
