About The Position

If so, we have an exciting new opportunity as a Contracts Administrator based in our King of Prussia, PA office. In this role you will work closely with project and sales teams in the US. As a Contracts Administrator, a typically day might include: Preparing customer contracts/documents, including some independent drafting and negotiating within established guidelines. Preparing contract summaries and communicating with project and sales teams. Communicating with both internal and other parties to resolve issues with proposed contracts. Delivering training to internal customers as required. Effectively using contract management systems including report generation, maintenance, project updates, and authorizations. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience drafting, reviewing and/or negotiating contracts
  • Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
  • Detail oriented, organized, and can work autonomously.
