About The Position

ITC Defense is seeking a Contract Administration & Capture Analyst, Junior to support the company’s contract administration and business development functions. The primary purpose of this position is to support the effective management of ITC’s Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) portfolio while contributing to the company’s federal capture and growth efforts. This role serves as a junior-level resource across both functions, supporting ITC’s ability to manage existing contract vehicles and pursue new federal business opportunities.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in contract administration, business development, capture, or a related government contracting environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision while consistently producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at varying organizational levels.
  • Ability to support senior leadership and respond effectively to time-sensitive requests and changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience supporting Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) or other federal contract vehicles.
  • Experience supporting federal capture and/or proposal development activities.
  • Proficiency with GovWin IQ, SharePoint, Power BI, and/or other business development, data analytics, or collaboration tools.
  • Experience with DACIS or similar federal market intelligence and acquisition research tools.
  • Prior Department of Defense or military experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide contract administration and programmatic support for ITC’s Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) and associated task orders.
  • Maintain contract data, task order information, system access, vehicle performance data, and other required records within applicable GWAC systems and databases.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support contract execution, reporting requirements, deliverables, and other contractual requirements.
  • Track program status, action items, deadlines, and deliverables and communicate priority issues to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, subcontractors, vendors, and Government points of contact, in support of contract requirements.
  • Support compliance with applicable federal and state requirements, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
  • Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and capture data, including capture milestones, gate reviews, bid/no-bid decisions, teaming activities, and other required information.
  • Support the identification, tracking, and evaluation of federal business opportunities using acquisition and market intelligence platforms such as GovWin IQ, SAM.gov, PIEE, GSA OASIS+, POLARIS, ORBIT, and other applicable systems.
  • Conduct market and competitive research related to customer requirements, contract vehicles, incumbent contracts, awards, competitors, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Support the development of responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), market research requests, and other pre-solicitation activities.
  • Support capture planning, proposal development, and other business development activities throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
  • Assist with the development and execution of business development strategies and action plans aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Support planning for and participate in conferences, trade shows, symposia, and other industry events as a representative of ITC Defense.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
