About The Position

TEHORA is currently looking for a Project Controller (PCO) with solid experience in their area of expertise to contribute to structuring technological projects for public and private organizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in management, finance, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience);
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project control or financial management, including 2 years in the IT sector;
  • Proficiency in financial monitoring and project management tools (MS Project, advanced Excel, Power BI);
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile);
  • Rigor and precision in data analysis;
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly;
  • Analytical mindset and results orientation;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Possess certifications: PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) (asset);

Responsibilities

  • Ensure financial monitoring of projects (budgets, costs, billing);
  • Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards (KPIs, performance indicators);
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify deviations and propose corrective actions;
  • Participate in resource planning and allocation;
  • Ensure compliance with the City's processes and policies (e.g., risk management, audit);
  • Produce periodic reports for stakeholders;
  • Contribute to the optimization of project management processes.
