About The Position

This role focuses on Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), involving architectural strategy, discovery, remediation orchestration, continuous validation, and technical governance. The goal is to safeguard critical assets, support business velocity, and translate technical vulnerabilities into business-centric risk narratives for executive reporting.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Experience applying quantitative frameworks to calculate the financial impact of cyber risk and optimize vendor ROI.
Proficiency in Python, Go, or PowerShell for developing custom middleware or API integrations.
Proven ability to pivot program priorities in real-time to address emerging threat vectors.
Demonstrate a 'growth mindset' when legacy processes no longer meet the speed of modern cyber demands.

Responsibilities

Define the program roadmap for CTEM in collaboration with Director-level leadership.
Oversee and drive the implementation of automation for security platforms.
Build and optimize the 'Discovery-to-Remediation' lifecycle by architecting automated hand-off workflows within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Direct the implementation of testing workflows for real-time validation of security control efficacy.
Quantify security posture through complex KPIs and translate technical vulnerabilities into business-centric risk narratives for Board-level reporting.
