About The Position

This role focuses on developing associates within the Realty department, specifically in the Whitestown, IN facility. The Lead will be responsible for training associates on machinery operation, ensuring safety and procedural compliance, supporting facility engagement through learning opportunities, and maintaining accurate production records. The position also involves developing and implementing processes, upholding company policies and values, and leading team efforts to achieve business goals. Requirements

  • 6 months’ experience as a Walmart Supply Chain associate OR 1 year's experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment OR Associate’s degree in a Business or related field.

  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment.
  • Proficient Spanish speaking and comprehension ability for work-related matters such as communicating information about facility merchandise/operations and engaging in dialogue with Spanish-speaking associates/customers.

Responsibilities

  • Train associates on the proper setup and operation of machinery, providing instruction, materials, feedback, and answering questions.
  • Follow up with associates to ensure training completion.
  • Complete and prioritize work assignments using policies, data, and resources.
  • Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners to identify deadlines and expectations.
