As a Continuous Improvement Technician, you’ll be part of our Stanley Black & Decker team located in East Longmeadow, MA. This role is responsible for supporting and driving CI initiatives, collaborating across shifts to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and quality. The CI Technician will primarily work the first shift but must be available to stay late as needed to interface with second shift teams. We are the World’s largest tool company.
