Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process engineering.
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication abilities.
  • Experience with CI tools such as value stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S, DMAIC, and PDCA.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and project management software.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and lead improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI tools.
  • Partner with business units to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop actionable solutions to address performance gaps.
  • Train and coach employees at all levels on CI methodologies and tools.
  • Monitor and report on project outcomes, including cost savings, productivity gains, and quality improvements.
  • Support the development and deployment of standard work, visual management, and performance metrics.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through engagement, communication, and recognition.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align CI initiatives with strategic goals and KPIs.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure sustainability of implemented improvements.
