The CI Manager reports to the S&MA Manager and is expected to work independently across the company to identify improvement opportunities, establish a CI accountable site, lead teams, promote quality and process improvements, manage CI initiatives, and report weekly status updates to NASA and Amentum management. The Deduction Schedule outlines contract deliverables, and failure to meet them incurs financial penalties.
