Requirements
- Lean manufacturing expertise.
- Six Sigma, kaizen, A3, or other problem solving methods.
- Good communication and teamwork.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or other engineering discipline, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement program for the manufacturing site.
- Develop and facilitate lean manufacturing skills for plant personnel at the site.
- Deliver against plant performance KPIs, budget and cost savings projects.
- Responsible for application of all programs in Henkel Production System.
