About The Position
As the Operational Excellence Manager, you will transform Clarios manufacturing results by applying lean principles. Specifically, you will serve as a facilitator, educator, advocate, consultant, and accountability partner to support staff team members in Operations, Engineering, and Functional Groups across multiple sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 5 years as a leader in a mature lean organization.
- At least 5 years of working in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities
- Develop & Drive Operational Excellence strategy roadmaps to ensure execution.
- Conduct training and education regarding CI tools and methodologies
- Accountable for the execution and savings annual target for the Fiscal Year of the plants under its responsibility.
- Conduct monthly OEX reviews across the facilities you support.
- Establish KPI baselines and share best practices throughout the region.
