About The Position

The Continuous Improvement Lead drives and supports strategic business improvement initiatives across Sales Operations, EatonCare, and NAS by driving process optimization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Collaborates cross-functionally within ES-A to identify, develop, and implement enhancements that improve sales, sales operations, and customer-facing processes. Leverages data-driven insights and analysis to identify opportunities, deliver actionable recommendations, and influence key business decisions. Aligns commercial strategies across divisions to promote process standardization, increase operational efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience. Partners with Sales Operations and business stakeholders to drive execution, deliver measurable results, and support organizational objectives and growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a commercial or manufacturing environment
  • Minimum 3 years continuous improvement or process improvement experience
  • Solid time and change management skills.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions using reasoning and decision-making skills to ensure quality work.
  • Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Able to work safely and achieve results with minimal supervision.
  • Strong skills in training other people.
  • Self-motivated person.

Responsibilities

  • Drive process improvement projects for Sales Operations, including projects associated to customer experience, sales and sales support functionality.
  • Proactively build relationships and engage with leadership stakeholders to prioritize Opex activities.
  • Be viewed as a role model for the Opex team related to process knowledge, leadership engagement, process justification and problem solving.
  • Plan, execute and manage projects to completion through continuous improvement.
  • Plan for business sustainability once a project has been completed within the Opex organization.
  • Lead value stream mapping exercises for cross-functional teams to solve a commercial problem for multiple businesses.
  • Track and execute efficiency gains for process improvements.
  • Utilize digital tools for continued process enhancements.
  • Use Six Sigma tools to continue to eliminate waste while driving customer satisfaction, cost reduction, and improved performance.
  • Report out to multiple business leaders on proposals, execution status, and sustainability.
